Call for applications to represent Saint-Martin.

The Association of Chefs and Restaurateurs of Saint-Martin is seeking its members who wish to represent our territory at the Caribbean gastronomic competition “Taste of the Caribbean 2026”.

This year, a bi-national team will be formed in partnership with professionals on the Dutch side to represent the island of Saint-Martin in this benchmark competition organized by the Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA).

Conditions of participation

Candidates must be currently employed in the restaurant or hotel-restaurant sector in Saint-Martin and meet the eligibility criteria defined by the competition organizers.
